- Minimum 3 years professional driving experience (FedEx, Amazon, UPS is a plus)
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
- Minimum 5 years operations management experience
- Lead daily dispatch, routing, and schedule management
- Clean MVR and background (subject to screening)
- Comfortable using smartphone apps for routing
- Ensure compliance with FedEx safety standards
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on feet for extended periods
- Punctual and respectful
